How much advance notice is required?

We require 24 hours notice for catering orders.

Best BBQ I have had in Bend- hands down. Hattie’s could hold its own anywhere in the USA. We tried the ribs, pork, and brisket which were all tremendous. The sides were amazing- the pickles were the perfect complement to the meat. The slaw was more tangy (if you aren’t a fan of heavy mayo slaw- this one is for you), and the tallow fries didn’t stand a chance. We did take out, can’t wait to try the other menu items.
