Best BBQ I’ve ever had, hands down. Had the mixed plate and got to try all the meats. (A mixed plate can easily feed 3 adults) Sides I had were the Mac n cheese and the elote dip. All of it was phenomenal. I was expecting good things because of the word-of-mouth reviews I’d gotten from friends, but I was blown away. Brisket was exceptional. Ribs were perfect. Burnt ends were literally meat candy perfection. Pork was soooooo good. My biggest surprise personally was how good the sausage was. I was trying everything and kept going back to the sausage. I’d go back for the sausage and elote alone.
